Can I use Spellbinders Style Dies in other die-cutting systems?

How do I use a Spellbinders Die to cut in the CuttleBug ™ by Provocraft®?
You will need Spellbinders Tan Embossing Mat to emboss in Cuttlebug™ machine. Create a sandwich in the following order from the bottom up:
1. A plate
2. C plate
3. Spellbinders Die (cutting side or ridged side up)
4. Paper or cardstock
5. B plate
6. Run through Cuttlebug™ machine.
How do I use a Spellbinders Die to emboss in the CuttleBug ™ by Provocraft®?
Create an “Embossing Sandwich” using the following stacking from the bottom up. * If embossing right after cutting remove the C Plate for embossing sandwich.

1. Place A plate on bottom
2. Leave die face up on A plate with die cut still in the die.
3. Place one Spellbinders Tan Embossing Mat on top of the die.
4. Use 2 or 3 pieces of cardstock to shim. *Cautionary Note: Using more than 3 pieces of cardstock to shim Cuttlebug Embossing sandwich will result in B Plate breakage. When using Spellbinders Edgeabilities card making dies, shim with only 2 pieces of card stock.
5. Place two acrylic B plates on top of sandwich and run thru Cuttlebug machine to emboss Spellbinders die cuts.
6. Turn die over and use like a stencil with inks and chalks for added detail.
 
How can I cut with the Big Shot™ by Ellison-Sizzix® and Big ShotTM for Stampin Up by Sizzix® with a Spellbinders Die?
Create the below sandwich using Big Shot™ mats and Spellbinders Die:
1. Place large platform down first with all tabs closed.
2. Place Spellbinders die face up, (that would mean ridges or bumpy side up).
3. Place card stock on Spellbinders die.
4. Place two Big Shot™ acrylic mats on top of cardstock.
5. Roll thru Big Shot™ machine to die cut shape.
 
How can I emboss using a Spellbinders Die in the Big Shot™ by Ellison-Sizzix® and Big ShotTM for Stampin Up by Sizzix®?
You will need Spellbinders two Tan Embossing Mats to emboss using Spellbinders die. If you just finished a cut remove the acrylic mats from cardstock and die. Next, create the below sandwich:
1. Place the Spellbinders die in place with paper die cut still in the die on the multi-purpose platform.
2. Place TWO Spellbinders Tan Embossing Mats on top of die.
3. With one piece of 12x6 card stock tri-fold for a shim and place on top of the Tan Embossing Mats.
4. Place ONE Big Shot acrylic plate on top and run thru the Big Shot machine.
 
How do I cut with a Spellbinders Die in the Big Kick™ by Sizzix®?
To cut create the below sandwich from the bottom up:
1. Place large platform down first with all tabs closed.
2. Place Spellbinders die face cutting edge or ridged side up
3. Place card stock on Spellbinders die.
4. Place two Big Kick™ acrylic mats on top of cardstock.
5. Roll thru Big Kick™ machine to die cut shape.
 
How do I emboss with a Spellbinders Die in the Big Kick™ by Sizzix®?
You will need Spellbinders two Tan Embossing Mats to emboss in the Big Shot™ machine If you just completed a cut, remove acrylic mats from cardstock and die. Create the below sandwich to emboss:
1. Leave the Spellbinders die in place with paper die cut out still in the die on the multi-purpose platform.
2. Place TWO Spellbinders Tan Embossing Mats on top of die.
3. With one piece of 12x6 card stock tri-fold for a shim and place on top of the Tan Embossing Mats.
4. Place ONE Big Kick acrylic plate on top and run thru the Big Kick machine.
 
How do I cut and emboss with a Spellbinders Die in the Zip’eMate™ by Accucut®?
Create the below sandwich stacking from the bottom up:
1. Place a Spellbinders Die on ZEM’s platform, blade side up.
2. Place paper over die and cut in the same manner as with Zip’e Cuts.
3. After cut, do not remove the die or the paper from the platform. Place ZEM’s Embossing Foam over paper and with the ZEM’s Embossing Mat, roll thru again to emboss the die-cut.
 
How do I cut with a Spellbinders Die in the Original Sizzix® Press?
You will need to use the Sizzix® System Converter by Ellison® and Spellbinders Spacer Plate to cut with Spellbinders Dies. Create the below sandwich stacking from the bottom up:
1. Place the Sizzix® System Converter into the Sizzix® Machine.
2. On the Cutting Pad, place paper to be cut, then Spellbinders Die, ridges down.
3. Place the Spellbinders Spacer Plate (Item# W 004) over the Spellbinders Die.
4. Use a 12x6 piece of cardstock and tri fold to use as a shim. Place shim on top of Spellbinders Spacer Plate.
5. Push through Sizzix® Machine to cut. NOTE: It may take several presses to cut larger Spellbinders Dies.
 
How do I emboss with a Spellbinders Die in the Original Sizzix® Press?
You will need to use the Sizzix® System Converter by Ellison® and Spellbinders Tan Embossing Mat to emboss with Spellbinders Dies. After cutting with a Spellbinders Die in Sizzix® Machine, remove paper shim and spacer plate. Create the below sandwich stacking from the bottom up:
1. Leave paper die cut in the die.
2. Turn over Spellbinders Die, placing it on Sizzix® cut pad.
3. Place Spellbinders Tan Embossing Mat on top of Spellbinders Die.
4. Place paper shim on top of Tan Embossing Mat.
5. Push through Sizzix® Machine to emboss the Spellbinders Die

How do I cut with a Spellbinders Die using a Revolution™ by QuicKutz®?
Create the below sandwich stacking from the bottom up:
1. Place die onto Revolution platform cut side or ridged side up.
2. Place paper or cardstock on top of die.
3. Place acrylic cutting mat on top of die.
4. Roll thru Revolution machine.
How do I emboss with a Spellbinders Die using a Revolution™ by QuicKutz®
Create the below sandwich stacking from the bottom up:
1. Remove acrylic cutting mat.
2. Leave die in place with die cut still inside die.
3. Place Spellbinders tan embossing pad on top of die.
4. Place Acrylic embossing mat on top of tan pad.
5. Roll thru Revolution machine.
 
How can I cut with a Spellbinders Die in the Big Shot® by Ellison Design™ (Blue)?
You will need Spellbinders White Spacer Plate to cut and emboss in the Big Shot machine. Create the below sandwich stacking from the bottom up:
1. Place the Big Shots™ thick white mat down first.
2. Place one Spellbinders White Spacer Plate onto the thick white mat.
3. Place Spellbinders Die, cutting side up (that would mean the side with the ridges) onto the white spacer plate.
4. Place paper over die.
5. Place two Big Shot acrylic mats over paper and roll thru the BigShot™ machine.
How can I emboss with the Big Shot® by Ellison Design™ (Blue)?
You will need Spellbinders Tan Embossing Mat to emboss in the Big Shot machine. Create the below sandwich stacking from the bottom up:
1. Remove the Spellbinders Spacer Plate while leaving the die in place.
2. Place Spellbinders Tan Embossing Mat over the paper and die.
3. Shim with 3 pieces of card stock.
4. Place two Big Shot acrylic mats on top of Tan Embossing Mat and roll thru Big Shot machine.
5. Turn die over and use like a stencil with inks and chalks for added detail.
